“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't.
Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction.
All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

“The hotel have 2 years and location is good. Is a solid 3 start hotel. We stay for 5 night in a Junior suite room. The room needs improvement, don't have enough storage for clothes, the bathroom don't have any place were put your bath towels inside. Two complementary water just when arrive. The hotel apparently need more staff capacity in the housekeeping department, the room cleaning was at 5pm on average never early thanh that. We arrive at 1440 and the staff toll us need to wait until 3 pm.……

“My room smelled of weed. There was absolutely no peace you're basically hassled for tips everywhere you go. No one would help, give advice or offer any assistance without being tipped.

“I loved the stay in my hotel. By far one of the best experiences. But this one is amazing. Staff were amazing. I loved the rooftop bar and Alexander the security guard in the early day time. I’m going to Medellín again in early 2026 and will try to book with click clack again but the price was just a bit too high so I might go with another hotel.
