"The bathroom was horrible! The shower had mold all over and to top it of when you would close the shower door it would open by it self pour all the water out. The a/c on the room was not cooling when we got in either had to have maintenance come check it. We have video that we showed the hotel manager so they could rectify all that is wrong in the room that was given to us. At the end they said thank you for our stay there and the hope to see us again. Never again will we stay at any of there hotels!"

"I usually don’t leave reviews for these things but I was so impressed by this hotel that I just have to. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. The thing that impressed me the most was the food. Usually at an all inclusive the food is just passable, not good, not bad. But the food at this place was amazing. Shout out to Chef Mercedes, she is a wizard in the kitchen. I would literally return to this hotel just to eat."
