“The owners and staff are tricky people. Telling you one thing and doing another. I wouldn’t suggest this pace and it’s highly expensive for zero customer service. Also you get stuck at dinner without a golf cart ride back. They dint communicate. Looks great , but they need to change there attitude”

“While the staff was amazing and the property was very beautiful, the roads to get to the hotel were not paved. Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing.”
