“Location was great and the room spacious. Two shared bathrooms was a bonus and the food was delicious.”

“The room was clean, well-maintained, and nice for a stay. The only drawback was that it is old and worn-out; it is probably time for renovation. Overall, it was a good experience and good value for money.”

“Extremely clean very large room”

“It’s good and reasonable condition”

“Quiet restful environment ideally located, despite being right in the centre of the main street. Less than 5 minute walk to all conveniences. Management was very helpful in arranging an earlier check-in as we were due to attend a special function at midday. We were grateful for that.”

“The location was the best with views of the lake and excellent amenities and totally relaxing”

“Overnight stay for a wedding. Facilities were clean with very helpful staff.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. There is a lot to see in this town. The hotel is on the main street (right next to KFC) and it's a really busy road. However, the room was quiet. The Railway Hotel is great across the road for eats as well as for a drink. There is also a traditional Chinese place across the road, which was really good. We stayed in the executive queen room, which was a really large room. The heater made an annoying clicking sound. The shower had low pressure...

“Centrally located in town. Comfortable warm stay. Bathroom needs a fan and heater...dangerous slippery floor after shower.”

“Gorgeous stop with our dogs. We were met by the cattle and their babies. A beautiful sunset, rain in the night in the roof. Chilly morning with fog in the valley.”

“Perfect place for the family to get together over the holidays. ”

“The cottage was really well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the tranquility of the area and the views out to the west from the verandah. The process couldn't have been easier and would highly recommend the property to anyone.”

“Expedia took our booking when Story Bank is closed. We tried to call a number we found but there was no answer. We drove to Mandurama and had no response so We had to return to Blayney a distance of 29km and find somewhere to stay the night there. We need a refund of $112.50 which was taken from our Mastercard account. This could have been avoided if Expedia had not taken the booking. A very unpleasant experience!!”

“This Property IS NOT ADVERTISED! We did not stay at the property as it was nothing like what we had paid for. We were unable to contact the owners of the property as their number was not connected. ”
