“We had a garden apt. With outdoor kitchen and living space. This was excellent and very comfortable and useful. We cooked many meals, as we tend to do on vacation. Our 2nd bathroom did have a bad smell from the drain, which was unpleasant. We remedied that by keeping the window in the bathroom open and a towel at the botttom of the door, using the other bathroom 100% of the time. The bedroom was fine after that. The grounds and snorkeling were excellent.”

“The room was clean upon entrance. Staff made sure our bed was made and towels restocked everyday. The staff is so friendly! Especially Kerry and Sherri we loved them. ”

“It was an amazing time. The entertainers were great. Shoutout to Cassie, Candy man Amanda and Rock amongst others made sure we had a great experience and accommodation. The beach was clear and beautiful and the food was really good. No complaints ”

“I booked an Ocean View Junior Suite, but unfortunately was never placed in that room due to a pipe burst prior to my arrival. Instead, I was moved to a two-bedroom room with additional space that I did not need. The room I was placed in also had no hot water and drainage issues, which made the stay frustrating. During the trip, I was then asked to move rooms again to accommodate another reservation, which added to the inconvenience. Communication from the property manager was inconsistent and……
