“We were upgraded to premium and was a great experience, the buffet in the adult section was great and the pools , spa et great Beach is beautiful Plenty of water sports, we did the scuba with the dolphins which was great. Would come again!”

“Staff was friendly and fun. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved it there. Some helpful feedback is that the shuttle was handy but since there were 2 different loops, it was always confusing to riders which one they should get on, meaning only by asking the driver would you know.. no sign on it. We would go back!”

“Aside from the arrival, this resort is all we could ask for. There are two resorts named excellence about 15 minutes apart and we didn’t know we were at the wrong one until after our driver had left. I think the staff should not have been surprised and may have prevented the confusion at the gate. But the rest of the stay was incredible! ”
