“I absolutely and without hesitation give the staff a five star rating however those little pods were not built for 75 year-old women. There is no plug-in in the pod and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat down and I bumped my head twice going into the pod and there should be a rack above you in the pod. “The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……
