"We had such a great stay here. The location was honestly one of the best parts—it was so easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions, which made everything really convenient. There are also many restaurants right outside the hotel, so we never had to go far for a great meal. The hotel itself feels really elegant but still comfortable at the same time. Breakfast was so good—definitely something we looked forward to each morning—and there was plenty of it. One thing I loved was the little lounge area where you could grab coffee or tea anytime. Having that available 24/7 was such a nice touch, especially after a long day out. Overall, just a really lovely stay and I’d definitely come back."

"The room shown in the picture turned out to be different. The suite had an open-plan toilet without doors. I asked for another room, a discount, or a refund, but the hotel staff refused to cooperate. In the end, they offered a lower-category room, but without any discount or compensation for the inconvenience. The stay at the hotel was spoiled, which negatively affected my vacation."

"We stayed at this hotel twice on a recent trip around several cities. This was my favorite hotel. All the front desk staff for both check ins/outs was extremely friendly and explained things throughly. In addition, the host at breakfast, Sri, made my mornings more pleasant with her friendly greetings. The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of options. We also enjoyed the free drinks in exchange for not having our room cleaned."
