"Wow this place was amazing. Loved all the building colors, the plants, the pools. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. A little dark, but better to keep the temperature down. "They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"We started our trip in Leon and had the most beautiful hotel for the same price. When we got to Granada and Los Corredores we were very disappointed and considered changing hotels if not for financial reasons. Our room was like a prison. All white, no art and it smelled like moth balls so strongly I could hardly breathe.
