“Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.”

“Thanks so much for helping me to do the laundry with other company which is efficient and fast. But my room is next to the train (I guess), it’s quite noisy when train gets by. The room is compact but has everything you need. But the hairdryer could only be used in some sockets only, not the one next to my bed. The location is also easily accessible and quite safe even when I get back late”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was a very poor one, we definitely will not be returning. The first room we were put in had a small window with a blind; however, the chain for the blind was broken off so we had no way of shutting it. I went to reception to request a room change (as the sun in the early hours would have woken us up), and we were moved into the only other room they had available. We had checked in quite late due to being busy throughout the day; therefore, it was probably……

“Firstly, I found what appeared to be dried yellow-green mucus on the wall beside the bed. This was unpleasant and unhygienic, and I had to clean and disinfect the area myself using wet wipes. Secondly, the mini fridge in the room didn’t function well when I was out of the room. I suspected the electricity in the room was cut when I took out the key from the socket. After being away for the entire day, I returned to find that the fruit and drinks I had stored inside were only slightly cooler……

“The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind.However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!”

“Nice location for people attending conference in excel. Near metro. Facilities are new. Comfortable room. Excellent dock view with sunrise. See-through glass door for shower. Beware if you invite your friends to come. Just beware for headshot as there’s a tv at the back of sofa, and lamp not high above sofa Just a pity that there’s a dead insect in floor, and a used toothpaste in bathroom sink. Maybe the pattern looks alike.”

“Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.”
