“房間及沖涼地方整潔 有毛巾提供 可以自己調節冷氣 Common area 好”

“Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.”

“The staff at this place went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I wanted to give my kids an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience, and this place didn’t disappoint. Paddington Station very close, lots of food choices nearby. We even discovered St. Mary’s Hospital there, where penicillin was discovered. (There was a small museum there about it too). Only downside was there was only one electrical outlet we could find in the room, and no mirror near it, so drying my hair was a bit……

“The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay”

“Thanks so much for helping me to do the laundry with other company which is efficient and fast. But my room is next to the train (I guess), it’s quite noisy when train gets by. The room is compact but has everything you need. But the hairdryer could only be used in some sockets only, not the one next to my bed. The location is also easily accessible and quite safe even when I get back late”

“普通”

“酒店不論大堂及房間很整潔，職員有禮亦主動協助。 唯兩個垃桶均未有套用垃圾袋，清潔員工在退房後相信需要較多時間清理。建議最少洗手間的垃圾桶套用垃圾袋為佳。”

“The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind. However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!”

“房間整潔，餐廳空間寬敞，職員有禮！”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.”

“位置便利及舒適”

“Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful ”

“Firstly, I found what appeared to be dried yellow-green mucus on the wall beside the bed. This was unpleasant and unhygienic, and I had to clean and disinfect the area myself using wet wipes. Secondly, the mini fridge in the room didn’t function well when I was out of the room. I suspected the electricity in the room was cut when I took out the key from the socket. After being away for the entire day, I returned to find that the fruit and drinks I had stored inside were only slightly cooler……

“沒有拖鞋提供，需自備。沒有電梯，但職員很好，會幫助把行李拿到房間”
