Don’t wanna do they jobs and don’t have enough of anything from blankets, towels, wash towels, pool towel nothing was stock to provide enough to booked staff let allow pedestrians paying for pool access but can’t get a towel is unacceptable and ridiculous. Worst experience at an hotel. No ice machines work but her third floor was ridiculous. Food making people sick. Pool closed too early and Casino is not 24 hour is outrageous at least you could provide that as a key amenities cause everything is unstructured and unprofessional. Security and armed staff yet people get robbed smh…I am gonna need RAMADA/ PRINCESS TO DO BETTER!!!!!! Especially for the nightly rate. "
