“I enjoyed my stay at RIU Palace. I particularly enjoyed the access to the other resorts. I however felt watched by security and felt inconvenienced a lot by some staff. It seems a lot is done through app. We didn’t learn how to use it til day 3 when head guy at dinner showed us. Then we had the hand gel hookah and it rained a lot and as I sat at pool at Reggae security approached me when to my left a man was smoking weed and 2 rows in front a women was smoking her hookah both were white but he……

“The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience.”

“No AC in the garden rooms it was so hot the ac units are badly out dated it only worked for an hour bugs in the shower we asked for a fan and the staff kept passing it off to different people no one provided a fan or a room change when I say it was hotter in the room than outside I mean it !!
