The sofa was very uncomfortable to relax on and there was a terrible smell in the hall every time you entered. It was like a nauseating cleaner smell! But the pillows were soft which was a bonus! A cote du lit un seul chevet, il reste les trous du deuxieme. Pas de prise electrique a cote du lit mais fils electriques qui trainent. Barre de seuil cote cuisine dangereuse ( on se prend dans l angle) manque un torchon et des crochets et pas de clim message :" y a la fenetre". Dans la salle de bain 1 crochet sur 2 et mal fixe. “The best thing about the Parc Hotel is the location for accessing the ski lifts. The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. I would recommend this hotel for families. ”

“The staff are very nice and helpful. It was our first time to briancon, not having a car with us. The staff helped us a lot looking for the place we can go, and even offered to drive us to the place we wanted to go. Breakfast is nice Rooms are v pretty and quiet. They don't have air conditioning in he room, but a fan to keep the room cool. temperature in briancon was not very hot, I found it bearable. ”

“Overall: good location, great bar, but the hotel management needs to look into upskilling hotel staff. Pros: bar and restaurant, and a bartender who knows what he’s doing. Professional, attentive, creative. Cons: major lack of services. Good luck finding anyone at breakfast if you need water. Cleaning crew is missing pieces here and there, and frankly don’t seem to care, otherwise, they would have reported shower curtain covered in mold. Sauna is overloaded with dirty towels. There are……
