“We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. "Lo único angustiante y estresante es sentir la presión que les genera a algunos empleados, tener que obtener reseñas y/o retroalimentación por parte de los huéspedes, sobre su desempeño. Para nosotros todos los empleados del Le Meridien realizan un extraordinario trabajo, desde quien nos recibe en la primera entrada en el auto, hasta las mujeres que en silencio y disciplina realizan su labor en los jardines. No nos gusta escoger entre una sola persona para hablar de su labor, porque sería muy injusto con las cientos de personas que laboran en este hotel. Lo que hace importante al Le Meridien es su trabajo en equipo y que tienen la fortuna de contar con personal trabajador, que ama su trabajo, le gusta ayudar y de manera natural hacer sentir bien a los huéspedes. Presionarlos de cualquier forma para que den aún más, sólo nos presiona como huéspedes, nos hace sentir incómodos y no querer regresar. También quisiera poder escuchar música de India o por lo menos internacional y no tener que escuchar en su mayoría música de un sólo país, que ni siquiera es el que estoy visitando. Por lo demás, reiteramos nuestra gratitud a todo el personal maravilloso del Le Meridien."
