“Overall was good. The villa was clean and the food was delicious. However the water in the shower is sometimes not hot enough and rather little in the evenings. The staff were overall nice，but no one helped us with our luggage when we checked out (a note was sent to us a day before saying that someone will help). The location of the villa is medium, it is not located at the center of Seminyak but not far away from the restaurants and shopping areas.”

The service was also commendable; the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. However, I do believe it would be even better if the bathrooms were located indoors.
