“Overall was good. The villa was clean and the food was delicious. However the water in the shower is sometimes not hot enough and rather little in the evenings. The staff were overall nice，but no one helped us with our luggage when we checked out (a note was sent to us a day before saying that someone will help). "Not a relaxing stay. Staffs rang to my room at 9:00 am due to their fault of making deposits to my credit card. They also knock on my door every single day at 5 or 6 pm for asking any further housekeeping needs, which was helpful but quite disturbing at the same time if you are hanging out in the room. Plus, the called again at 11:00 am to remind you checking out at 12:00 noon. All of these made me feel uncomfortable for my stay"
