"Beautiful scenery "

"Very good service staff (particularly Lien Chau and Lien Nguyen) at the reception and the restaurant respectively. Both were polite, attentive, very helpful and pleasant. Overall a beautiful hotel at the top of a hill, easy walking distance to the town, not far from Sun Plaza where we took the train to cable car station. Just don't go to the peak on a public holiday as the queue is horrendous. We waited 5 hours just to get to the top!"

"When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. A lady appeared from the kitchen and she spoke zero English. I tried to communicate with her via Google translate to ask her if the hotel was opened, she shook her head. In the end, I found a number on the front door and called it. A young lady came, passed me the keys and let me be. I appear to be the only person staying there at the time. I saw no other guests. The room is rather run down and the floor was sandy. The shower only had cold...

"The hotel is conveniently located to the area attractions with many coffee/dining options and shops. It has an incredible view of the mountains and rice terraces. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Buffet breakfast was decent—can’t expect too much at this rate. The room is basic and the bathroom could use some adjustments to make it fully functional and comfortable. Overall, it was a reasonable value for the money."

"This was an amazing small hotel in the heart of Sa Pa. The hosts are a couple who are incredibly helpful! They gave us information about the surrounding areas and accommodated our every need. The rooms were modern and very comfortable with a great view of the mountains. For the price, there is nowhere better to stay in Sa Pa!"

"Unfortunately we got a room too close to the road. It was noisy right from the break of daylight which was around 5.30am. We were traveling with a couple of kids so conditions were not conducive. Our Room was spacious which was the plus point but old and musty smelling. However, the hotel owner, I believe he was, was gracious to lend us a babycot. "

"Short walk to Fansipan station area, walking distance to all of Sapa town. Good massage places just next to the hotel. Room itself was great- corner room with fireplace heater and cozy lighting, shower with duel head options, blocked out noose from construction nearby. Breakfast included was a mix of cooked eggs or pho or pancakes, with other options to self serve."
