"They offered us the chance to upgrade our room on arrival and we went for it! The swim up room was amazing for some private swimming time. The room was clean, the staff incredibly attentive. I have a ton of food allergies and had been fearful of what to expect but in both the on-site restaurants and the Buffet, the Waitstaff, Executive Chefs and Mangers were all so accommodating! Cannot say enough about the ladies in the Coco Cafe or the lovely bartenders in the Preferred Lounge either! We will definitely be back! "

The staff was great shout out Lorena from the entertainment team made my daughter’s birthday extra special by announcing her birthday at the night show and was personally attentive to us!
