“We arrived at night so we could not see the beauty of this resort. After a very long and difficult trip to arrive at the resort, our first impression was how wonderful and helpful the staff was. We were upgraded to the most beautiful villa. We were celebrating an anniversary and the hotel arranged for a private room at the most popular restaurant. They made our anniversary dinner very special. The attention was unmatched and truly appreciated. The resort is truly amazing for those who enjoy……

“Das ganze Hotel war sauber, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, wenn doch mal was daneben ging. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Das wars aber auch schon mit positiven Erfahrungen. Essen könnte besser sein, da ist man von RIU anderes gewöhnt. Der Innenpool ist Miniklein und schließt zudem 18:00 Uhr...was soll denn der Quatsch??? Auch der Außenpool konnte nach 18:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden. Heizung stand auf Winterbetrieb, keine klimaanlage möglich. Nachts……

“The food at this hotel makes up for all the shortcomings! Obsessed with buffet food and Italian restaurant was great too. The only downsides of this hotel are the only two small elevators for the whole hotel and lack of entertainment. Other than that spa is good, massage is amazing. The covered pool is everything. Overall recommend this hotel ”

“The hotel is located near the coast and near a majority of attractions in Funchal. Our stay here was nice and comfortable with no real highlights or lowlights to speak of, and that is a compliment, we admired the cozy painless experience. The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing with the outdoor temperature being 20 degrees, though that was more due to the breeze. The rooftop bar is quite nice and cozy to chill at after a day out in the city !”

“1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。”
