“My host was extremely welcoming. This is my 3rd stay here visiting family over the holidays so I truly feel at home. The newly landscaped patio and garden were lovely. Despite storms and wet weather the cottage was always warm and cosy. Excellent location, quiet. Will stay here again! ”

“The perfect location....walking to almost anywhere downtown mill Valley...the only issue was the last night ...the upstairs apartment was rented with small children...they were up at 4am running al over the place it sounded like they were playing football.... just glad it was only the last night...”

“Charming and quiet space which was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! We enjoyed the cute and cozy accommodations. All of the beds (even the pull out sofa!) we extremely comfortable. Neighborhood is a great location for a quick drive into the lovely downtown and not far from the city either. Teresa was easy to reach and shared information ahead of time about parking. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and will be recommending it to others. ”
