Our stay at Surf Lodge was amazing! Kelly was such a fantastic host. The room was beautifully put together and very clean. The design of the entire property was very thoughtful and such a peaceful getaway.

Just popped in for a quick one night stay - to visit friends nearby. The location was amazing - very cute town with fun shops and cafes. Nearby is a beautiful public library and playground in the middle of a redwood forest - great to walk through. Room was large (19) with high ceilings and large bathroom . Free continental breakfast served in the sunroom in the AM. Unfortunately we missed out on the wine and cheese hour. Would gladly stay again!

Enjoyed our stay very much..loved the continental breakfast delivered to room..the only parking is down the block and is $20.00 a day..be prepared for checking in at the street..but then enjoy a great stay..

The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly, even going so far as to remember and address me by my name when greeting me in the morning. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. Very clean, quiet. Lush bed & pillows. Nice view of the waterfront from the 2nd floor. Excellent full complimentary breakfast; lots of delicious options from fruit, oatmeal to eggs, bacon & sausage. Staff were wonderful. Very helpful by providing dining/sightseeing information & directions.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating as we arrived a couple hours before check in and they were able to get us a room rather quickly. We were okay if they were not able to but I appreciate they were able to make the effort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the continental breakfast and the wine and cheese in the evening to be a nice bonus!

The biggest thing for us was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Most memorable were Melanie who checked us in and Kyle who took care of us most of the time. We were there for our parents' 50th anniversary and were just blown away by Kyle's warm hospitality, and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. For the price and fact that it's a motel, the friendliness and service was great. Breakfast is included and there were lots of good quality options to choose from. My only complaint is there wasn't a blanket in the room in addition to the sheet and bed cover.

Amazing location and the property is vast and beautiful. Amazing views from propert trails and marina. Modern suites were fantastic. Highly recomended.

Great staff - convenient location - we took an overnight trip away from kids to go to Hopmunk for a birthday party to see Pride and Joy SF - 8 minute Lyft/Uber ride away - in addition to having onsite eats and drinks, it is adjacent to a Super Duper burger and Peets along with a supermarket

The location is top-notch! The rooms & bathrooms were clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
