“AC was not turned on before we arrived. Room in attic was hot and smelly. Noticed that the curtains were covered in mold when going to turn the AC on. Bathroom floor was dirty and skylight was moist and letting in water from the rain. We left and did not return. Took 3 hours for someone from management to call us back and offered us a different room. No thank you, oh well, get what you pay for.”

“There was absolutely no one there to help with the check-in. Everything is done on a computer on the table in the lobby. If you make one mistake, you can’t ask anyone for help because there is absolutely no one in the building for security, to answer questions, or to direct you how to navigate the online.”

“Close access to main roads/ highways. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Walmart and target close by. Many things to do in the lake's region to have fun. Clean and safe place to stay and a very pleasant staff. I will stay here again when I return to the lake's region. I will recommend Quality Inn to any one I know that is planning to visit this area.”

“Although it looks afar on maps, it is actually within walk distance of Concord downtown. And it is quite close to Common Man restaurant & bar, a very familial dining place. So I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.”
