“Room was musty, it felt humid all along, concierge Carlos did reach out the next day unfortunately we were only there for one night so he couldn’t change rooms, he did however give us a late check out in the room We stay in this property a lot and we love it, this time it was just not as great. ”

“The rooms were great, we were put in a room facing construction the first night and they moved us easily when we asked for a change. I loved the pool areas, they were so much cleaner than other resorts we have stayed at. I was disappointed with the food, so many reviews said it was amazing and I felt like it was only mediocre. “We had a 3 bedroom family room and it was great! Two of the bedrooms are private with one king bed and the other room a full bed. There are two king beds in the main area. It fit 3 adults and 3 children comfortably and had room for more people. The only thing I wish it had was a tub but it did have two bathrooms and no issues with them. One had double vanity with separate toilet room and the other was a single vanity. Ocean view and balcony were great!”

“This was our third visit to this property, and although we still enjoyed the location, the beautiful grounds, and found the staff very helpful and accommodating, the quality and quantity of entertainment at this hotel has declined and the rooms are not as well maintained. It was very noisy during our visit. The buffet dining areas were very loud, with heavy chairs scraping across the floors, crying children, and a lot of slamming hotel room doors. This resort will appeal to those travelling……
