First impression was just okay. “My new favourite hotel in North Bay. Just a lovely spot as well, easy to enter and exit from Gormanville. Our family will stay here from now on.”

“Staff was amazing.”

“It just wasn’t all that great. My room was stun my of cologne and there was a wet patch on the floor carpet in my room. The bathrooms need re finishing in my opinion and it was just okay. The breakfast room is far too small to support the amount of people where you can’t even sit. Staff were great and I can tell they try but overall just so mediocre. i’d rather spend an extra $20 for a hotel that’s probably 10x better.”

“Clean room and excellent service. Good breakfast”

“What a hidden gem!”
