“The property was ok. I would have liked to use my paddle board on the water but was unable to. Also it would have been nice to see more of the water. No real places to walk or cycle”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“非常好的周末休闲地。有诸多的休闲活动。服务非常好，早餐在英国酒店里算是不错了，至少有水果。这是第二次住了，下次到Grantham还会再选择这个酒店。”

“The spa facilities were closed, we were in in February and it was closed then too. The room was good and enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The room was clean and the service staff made our bed up, they changed the cups in the room but not the glasses which was a pity. Overall it was a good place to stay.”

“We were in room 210 No lift had to carry cases 2 flights Hotel currently being renovated to a very high standard, beautifully decorated No air con, there was a fan No view when we opened the blinds we were looking onto a wall, not city as advertised The noice with seagulls was unbelievable sitting outside our window all night Below our window the was bars, restaurants and the noice from 7am was terrible. They we’re unloading van and pulling trolleys Unfortunately we didn’t have a great……

“The location is excellent - so close to the castle and cathedral. There are two very good real ale pubs just down the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. We were lucky enough to get free parking the whole of the week. The weather was hot, so air-conditioning would have been nice, although its a listed building so probably a challenge.”

“We stayed just the one night and left early. Very hot and no aircon and a fan that struggled. If you are travelling with more than just an overnight bag… pre-request the ground floor to limit the number of stairs and narrow hallways you have to lug your luggage (no lift). Outside of this… it is an old hotel with history and if you are looking for something quaint and a little different, this might be just up your alley”

“My room was given to some one else so had to make do with a room that was covered in dust a 1/4 of a toilet roll , I was given a complimentary drink as an apology before my evening meal , after my starter, my main being a chicken dished was not cooked properly and still pink in the middle , I shown the waitress and had the meal deducted from my bill, I went to be and left at ten this morning without eating the complimentary breakfast as I just wanted to get as far away as soon as……
