“The shoreline is not swimmable at all despite what is advertised. Significant currents. Also the room itself was quite run down and not fully equipped with amenities like a blow dryer or ironing board. The most significant issue for us was a lack of towels in the room. No bath mat was provided and we were only equipped with face cloths and one hand towel on about 4 days out of our 7 day stay. Only one bath towel per person was provided. “The photos do not do the villa justice - it is absolutely gorgeous. Lupe was amazing help for day-to-day needs, and Catherine was very patient and helpful with some booking platform issues we were facing.All in all, incredible stay!”

“Food was poor. Older hotel. Staff was great. Authentic experience, just know what you are getting. Entry level all inclusive. Beach club was very nice and new. Disco show was very good.”

“Well, the hotel don’t have any amenities you have to go out of the hotel to look for it. I’ve been in this hotel, many many times and they need to renovated. I know they’re trying to keep it a little bit like All hotel, but to be honest with you it’s very expensive and it’s to all the furniture is really all the bed that I really all. ”
