"The room was amazing and loved having a full kitchen to be able to cook dinner and have a midnight snack. The only down side was the neighbors being springbreakers and staying up till early morning but i cant put that on the hotel. Everything was lovely."

"The property was good. The staff was very polite and helpful. The downside was that this location was very far off from downtown Portland and we had to drive 35 minutes to reach there. The public transport was very unsafe and full of junkies. No sink in the bathroom was a new concept that we saw ..."

"The hide a bed mattresses is terrible, it hurts to sleep on it. Embassy suites cannot offer this as a bed unless the mattress is thicker or has a pad on top. The other beds where perfect."

"The Graduate is located near shopping and restaurants. The area is pretty quiet and the room was very comfortable and clean. The decor is fun and there is lots to see at the hotel."
"We have stayed here a few times. This was the first time we stayed in the rear buildings and found them to be much less convenient than the main building. Do not be too enticed by the "water view" rooms...it is pretty much a muddy stream. Staff are always great."
