“Beautiful property! The grounds are gorgeous and the pools are beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the three of us had our own beds! ”

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Je wordt letterlijk in alles ontzorgd. Ze helpen je met alles en niks is teveel gevraagd. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch. Twee van de drie buitenzwembaden zijn verwarmd tot 28/29 graden en zijn heerlijk, evenals de ligbedden. Het enige minpuntje was de kamer zelf. Deze was flink in gebreken. Veel dingen waren kapot, waaronder de schuifdeuren van de badkamer. De airco werkt niet goed en daardoor is het in de kamer behoorlijk heet. Het kaartje wat je in……

“The breakfast staff was a bit too strict, almost, discourteous and tried to push people out exactly at the end of the breakfast hour. I’ve never experienced that before. Not a very pleasant experience! One lady with three little children was not allowed to enter because she was a couple of minutes late.”
