“Hotel is typical of the old Montreal area with interesting decor and a great vibe . Our room on 5th floor was spacious , comfortable with lovely brick walls and great view over the river. Only drawback are a few steep stairs into the property which make handling luggage difficult. Help is available inside but perhaps a bell on the outside to call for assistance would help rather than leaving luggage unattended to seek assistance. Otherwise all was very good.”

“This hotel is outstanding! Hotel Acadia had been recently renovated and the photos in hotel description were exactly what the rooms look like. No grody rugs in the rooms but clean flooring, modern bathrooms, and decorator decor. The free breakfast was much more than your average "continental" breakfast. “Great location in old city on rue st. Vincent. Loft is above a restaurant. 40 steps to the loft, several levels. Great room, open very clean. Lots of help getting bags to loft from valet. Kitchen was short of some basics. No regular coffee pot. Coffee maker was mini pods espresso. With about 1/2 dozen pods. Was missing a decent fry pan, cutting board, kitchen towels, oven mitts. They brought us a new fry pan and cutting board. Staff was great. The lobby in the hotel was very nice.”
