"The mattress was collapsed and totally sunken in. This was in an upgraded suite. The sink was clogged. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work. The springs in the couch were broken so it was sunken in. These rooms do not have much value, certainly not for what they charge. "

"The hotel was reasonably clean and the service was decent, but it was far too close to the airport; a plane flew overhead every two minutes, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, there was a power cut first thing in the morning, so the lifts weren’t working either, and I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs."

Raj was warm and welcoming when we checked in late, the cleaning ladies asked with smiles if there was anything we needed for our room, breakfast buffet was perfect, the hostess and servers were quick to attend to seating, getting coffee on our table and removing our used dishes. There was no issue with keeping our luggage in storage after checking out. Our stay was comfortable, quiet and excellently located"
