“Stayed here for Ole Miss moveout. The hotel reeked of cigarettes. It was all very below average and mediocre. Wouldn’t stay here again”

“Everything was a construction war zone (rightfully so because it ALL needed replacing from roof to floors to furniture to doors). Staff was great but so thin we had to go in search for someone to check us in. Room was clean but needed a new mattress, carpet, door, etc. Ice machine didn't work. Food was good. It should all be great once work is done but not right now. Sorta like camping.”

“Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. ”

“We had six guys in total traveling to the area for a guys' fishing trip. The house was located in the country and was well-suited for fishing on the various lakes. The house was clean and worked well for the group.”
