“We thought we had booked a room for 3 adults for one night turns out it was only booked for 2 and we had to pay an additional £175 for an extra person. Thought it was a bit steep. Had an early flight and although there was some breakfast choice available, it would have been better if there had been take away cups for coffee and some muffins or pastries just to grab and go. Fiona who checked us in was very pleasant although we weren't too happy to have to pay the additional £175.”

“OK hotel for an overnight stay as it's close to the airport. 1st room smelled of smoke, although supposed to be non smoking. On complaining we were quickly changed to another better room. Staff friendly and helpful. Food average”

“Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance).
