“Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We also liked the pool, sauna and steam room. We paid for an upgraded room which was very nice and comfortable. The only downsides were the lack of bedside plugs, and we’d have preferred the en-suite to have a door for privacy.”

“2nd floor very old and poorly maintained. 1st and 3rd floors of hotel are renovated and up to standard. Lost of activity with events at this hotel which makes it very noisy and even fights occurring between guests. If you are looking for a quiet nights sleep this is not the place for you.”

“Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance).
