“Stayed here for 1 night. The staff greeted us on arrival and check-in was swift and easy. We were shown to our room and all instructions given. There was a music event on all day which was a fantastic surprise. The atmosphere was brilliant. The food was fantastic on both days. “This is our second visit since covid. The place is wonderfully quiet and the pool is good. What lets it down is the hotel and pool area could do with some TLC (and a few quid spending on it). It's a little bit tired & the external appearance shows when you take a closer look. Broken soffits in the newer part and the pool needs to be refurbished before it starts to rot. there was no body wash in the changing rooms and no warning till it was too late. However, there was plenty of tea and coffee...

“A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.”

“Excellent Stay for the price. Nice room and grounds are lovely too. Was quiet couldnt hear anyone else areound us . Pool, jaccuzi, sauna and steam room all well kept and clean. Free filtered cold water around the hotel which is nice as I prefer filtered when I stay away from home. Staff were friendly and for the price just cant fault it.”

“Had a lovely weekend stay at The Feathers. Food in the Restaurant is definitely a recommendation. We ate lunch on the Saturday and Sunday lunch. Staff were attentive and resolved any issues. ”

“Amazing experience, but the bed was very uncomfortable so both of us had poor sleep and woke up in pain. Otherwise can’t fault the place. Staff very friendly and plenty of drink options at the bar. ”
