“Very beautiful place but staff are not attentive at all”

“We stayed at this resort for 4 nights and had a pleasant overall experience, with a few pros and cons. Getting there was super easy—just a 5-minute cab ride from the airport. No need to plan ahead, but make sure you have cash since that’s all they take. Check-in was frustrating. Online check-in didn’t save any time—we still had to go through everything again on arrival. They also place a $150/night hold for incidentals, which takes 5–10 business days to return. We stayed on the adults-only……

“Poolside was fine. Free chairs and not crowded. The beach was beautiful, but everything else was a disappointment. Staff were rude, service was slow, and drink options were oddly restricted depending on time and location. Basic things were frustrating, no coffee for the in-room machine, the café closed early, and even getting toast for my sick child turned into an argument. Housekeeping was unreliable.
