“The food is horrible and expensive”

“View and beaches are great and the staff mostly helpful. Food was just okay, even as an Ocean Point guest. Ru and Domenica (DD) were great servers, attentive and truly kind.”

“Be sure to lock your valuables in the safe. Wife kept her wedding rings in a small jewelry bag that was kept in the dresser since she didn’t want to wear them for breakfast/pool area. Come back and room was cleaned. Getting ready to go out to dinner that night and wedding band is missing. Unfortunately no proof that cleaning team took it, but it was sure a coincidence.Report it missing, but we already knew it was gone. You never think it will happen to you until it does. Icing on top of the cake……

“Not a fan. Very low staff. Rooms stunk like sewage, always out of food. No help ever. Check in took 45 mins. Catered to cruise ship passengers more than their own guest. Not worth the price. Only one bar that closed at 10pm ”

“Great Value for your money, close by to the beaches specifically Mullet Bay Beach, restaurants and local market. Staff was extremely welcoming. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast. The two main staff members specifically were Ms. Kizzy and Mr. Mathis. They made this experience unforgettable for me and little one. Excellent hospitality, accommodating and always assisted with a smile. We will definitely be returning soon”
