“Charming boutique hotel super convenient and delightful staff !!”

“I reserved a double queen room but was told upon arrival that none were available and was given a king room instead, despite traveling with four people. The front desk clerk showed little empathy and suggested the issue was because only one guest was listed on the reservation. Additionally, the room had chipping paint or cracks near the ceiling. Overall, a disappointing experience.”

“They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other……

“Everything was very nice. Rooms were huge, and there was a nice bar/meal area downstairs. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but everything else was excellent.”

“Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again.”
