“The power went out for the whole night so the elevators didn’t work and we had the climb the stairs tv was out as well as some lights”

“Checking in and getting to our room was very easy. My mother on the other hand is 95 and the toilet in our room was far too low even for me. Also, I would’ve liked them to have had some milk at the breakfast.”

“Aaron at the front desk was the only redeeming quality at the hotel. Every other aspect of my 7 day stay was poor. The hotel itself , inside and out is filthy. Garbage on floor at entrance of hotel. Garbage and leftover food on elevator floor for days. A few random day's when they had no cook or bartender, breakfast and evening cocktails were not available. The room itself is surface cleaned but furniture and rug is stained with who knows what !! It was a terrible experience. I have stayed……
