Room was very nice. Our grandson didn’t want to leave the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk people were very nice. Close to MAPS museum and Hartville market.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding at Stan Hywet... good location and close drive to Akron. Check in was simple and they allowed early check-in since I had to get ready for the wedding. Room was clean and updated and very spacious; full kitchenette was unexpected but very appreciated. Would stay here again if I needed to be in the Akron area.

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms as well as the restaurant bar area are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The food was excellent. Great menu. All staff members provided exceptional service. The general manager was always about and very engaging. We highly recommend and would happily return.

Charming bed and breakfast in a nice location with a friendly and welcoming host, comfortable bed, and good coffee. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay. We were there for a gymnastics meet. We were going to have to leave before breakfast service and the employee who opens breakfast came in early and had it ready before we had to leave. It was an excellent location as well.

Stayed two nights. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Used the gym and protocol was excellent. You had to sign up for a certain time, limited to 2 and gym and equipment were clean and staff brought extra wipes if we needed them. Hotel was under renovation, but area we stayed in was great. All staff wearing masks and supporting social distancing. Good job Holiday Inn!

We stayed here while going to see a concert at the Blossom Center and it was a great experience. We ate in the bar area and had a drink before and it was really easy to Uber to the music venue. Gorgeous river views and Comfy beds too!

5 stars seems to be a quick response but I have stayed at this hotel twice so far and I have never had an issue*. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and well equipped. The facilities and morning breakfast round this hotel out as a pleasant place to rest.

The experience of the hotel was so nice that it was one of the hi-lights of our vacation. We have stayed at other Hilton Gardens, but this was the best. Someone is running a good shop there. Kudos for the chief to everyone on the staff. Everything there deserves top grades. Just one example would be the $9.90 breakfast ... the quality of food and service would be tough to match ... forget beat. Expedia has come up with some great places, but this is at the top of the list for me. Value,...
