"The live music"

"This is a weird review. The property is pretty, but beginning to age. Also, their occupancy is WAY down. Because of it, the staff is sparse. I have stayed there 10+ times, even when it had another name. The view is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. But, it's lacking something. I hate that they haved moved to community soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. Gross. Bed is comfortable, and the furnishings are quite nice. Complimentary water. Tried to order room service; nobody ever picked...

"From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the service was impeccable. The food options were great and we really enjoyed having a drink in the bar lobby area. Unfortunately, the pool was too crowded to use at any point so I can't really review that. But we enjoyed spending some time at the museums and hanging out in our room and admiring the view. We will definitely be back. "

"Loved this hotel! Only stayed for one night for a business trip. Rooms are nice, beds comfortable, quiet, great bathroom and spa tub! Only had room service but it came in less than 25 minutes. Staff is lovely. Recently stayed at a Ritz Carlton and this was a way better experience! "

"The pool is extremely tiny for this to be a huge hotel, I choose not to go, it was packed like a can of sardines. Our room didn't cool and our fridge didn't work either. we were only there for a night so we didn't call it in. Other than that it was a great stay, service was outstanding! "
