“Stayed with my Husband, Mother, Infant and Toddler. This location was perfect. Only 5 min. from the airport. The hotel is dated for sure and need some remodeling. “Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived.
The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. “The rooms are spacious, clean and well-kept. The bathroom needs an extractor fan.
What I didn't particularly like is the pay by the hour rooms within the same compound. That created a rather negative visual for me. Better signage would also help hotel guests to not head in that direction first and be put off. I very quickly considered abandoning my reservation because of this.
