“Amazing location and service”

“We had a lovely weekend at Coco Reef. The beachfront was beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Abraham and his brother, who took excellent care of us and made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a wonderful and memorable getaway.”

“The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles……

“My room was great but my sisters room had a large waterbug that ran under the bed , otherwise it was great and i felt right at home”

“Unfortunately we could not stay as the front desk did not know how to execute an offline credit card transaction and thus we weren't able to check in and had to leave.”
