“The house was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect for our group. It is close to the Saranac 6 high peeks and the village. Also, close to Lake Placid for some shopping. There were plenty of towels, linens were clean and there was ample bathroom space. We would return to this home. It was very inviting and relaxing!”

“The grounds are just beautiful . We loved our connecting rooms, and the beds were so comfortable. Just note there are no TV’s in the room and we had no cell service but the WiFi is excellent. The complimentary coffee and hot cocoa were delightful.”

“We stayed for 1 week. We usually rent at least 1 cabin each summer (mostly through the other big rental company) and do not expect luxury accommodations. Unfortunately this cabin ranks pretty low compared to others. Some of the listing photos are clearly from when the cabin was first built or redone as the condition is not as nice now. Both showers had a lot of mildew or mold. The upstairs shower is pictured and we elected not to use it. Downstairs shower head wasn’t great but at least seemed……

“Our stay at the Riverstone Wellness Retreat was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. Having access to a kitchen was very helpful. Even though there is no stove, there are 2 induction cook tops, which we used. The owner also let us use the gas grill. It was quiet. I liked the blackout shades. Parking was easy. The location was great for us because a family member was doing the Lake Placid Ironman race. She was staying in Lake Placid and we could get to her hotel……

“Excellent property and host. Great communication, location was good. Small distance on dirt roads in development were smooth. Cabin was private and clean, spacious and comfortable. Family with kids had a nice stay explored Lake Placid and Adirondacks. Crazy prices to visit the most touted local attractions(White Mountain and High Falls).”

“The cabin was spotless, access was straightforwrad and the ability to just sit by the stream in back was food for our soul. Loved our stay, enjoy several deer sightings driving out and left wanting to come back. Highly recommend!”
