“After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me. The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected……

“We weren’t sure whether to book our 2 night stay based on other reviews, but we are so glad that we did. We arrived by car and there was ample free parking on site. A car park in Florence was recommended by the lobby staff that was a 15 minute drive and had lots of spaces and not insanely priced, the centre was then a 10 minute walk from there. The hotel was spotless, easy check in, big room. Pool was great, the kids loved the splash area and there was even a FREE arcade room in the basement!……
