“Our room was not ready by check in, had to wait over an hour for it to be ready. The staff did not come in and clean our room daily, even when asked to. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.”

“Room 211 was riddled with issues. I only stayed 1 night fortunately. The shower door was on a track and wouldn't stay closed so I had to place a bottle of bodywash to keep it shut. By morning I figured out the coffee marker couldn't be plugged in so I moved it to the desk. Finally, the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. I informed the desk clerk at checkout. She said thanks for letting her know but didn't offer an adjustment for the inconvenience. I will never waste miney there again.”

“It's was my second time there, I didn't like they moved the breakfast from the second floor where we can see the ocean and the room was bigger to a small first floor room with no view at all. Other then that the it's all good.”

“Everything was good and the staff was very helpful”

“Cleaning staff didn't clean our room. There was hair on the bathroom floor, burnt coffee in the bottom of the coffee maker, food debris on the pots and pans, and the floor was turning our socks brown.”

“The sign said no pets allowed. My entire family was awakened early every morning of our stay by dogs barking in the hallways. Also on the first night. Totally unacceptable. Also no housekeeping came to our room on the Wednesday of our stay. I had to use a beach towel I brought with me to shower. The hotel was in a great spot, great access to the area. Would consider staying there again, but not sold on it just yet.”
