“It’s a beautiful hotel inside a sketchy entrance but the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is new and completely clean . The people are very friendly and welcoming. The location is practical close to San Pedro market and close to the Plaza de Armas . I am very happy with my experience here. Recommend 100%.”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. “We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.”
