“Amazing property”

“Everything was good. My only complaint was that there was a large sticky spot on the carpet. ”

“I’m only here for a night but wish it was longer. This is just a nice, no frills, but comfy hotel with a nice welcome from the front desk employee. ”

“The only problem was upon arrival we asked if our room was ready. (It was 1:30) The receptionist was just on the phone speaking to someone saying yes your room is ready looking forward to seeing you. As soon as she hung up I asked about our room she extremely curtly said no after looking at the computer. At that time I asked if she had an idea when it may be she curtly replied Check-in is st 4:00.Which I understand but many times rooms are prepared earlier. I said okay is there a system for them……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
