“Air conditioner didn’t work. Strong smell of smoke in halls and it our rooms”

“We were woken up by a guest threatening to kill another guest right outside of our room and when we called the front desk, the manager was incredibly dismissive of our safety concerns. We were told the guest was still in the hotel and if it happened again, police would be called. We expressed concern that the police were not called and that the guest remained in the building, however, the manager said it was “only a verbal dispute”. This type of behavior from guests is unsafe to other guests and……

“Has to be the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. The manager Jack was so nice and we found out he comes in on his day off, Sundays, to make blueberry pancakes for the guest at the outside grill area for breakfast. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the wheeling area.”

“Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.”

One Example - My family were asked to stand to the side after ordering In coffee shop while locals were served and their food prepared and then after sometime we were told our items were no longer available. Please treat everyone with respect.”
