"The front desk seemed to lack a n people skills, and the breakfast was not much to write home about. However, our room was very nice and was clean."

"We were woken up by a guest threatening to kill another guest right outside of our room and when we called the front desk, the manager was incredibly dismissive of our safety concerns. We were told the guest was still in the hotel and if it happened again, police would be called. We expressed concern that the police were not called and that the guest remained in the building, however, the manager said it was “only a verbal dispute”. This type of behavior from guests is unsafe to other guests and management should have prioritized the safety of all guests, rather than the comfort of one or two guests. Very disappointed in how this was handled. We have never had a problem staying at any Wyndham hotel before but all Wyndhams have certainly lost our business. Aside from the safety concerns, we had to get a new blanket due to stains, our sheets were stained, and the bathroom was visibly dirty. We had to cancel our 2nd night and give our business to a neighboring hotel that prioritizes the safety of all guests, as well as cleanliness. Do not recommend this place at all!"

"The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. One of two elevators were broken down, broken ice machines on multiple floors, juice machine out of order and no juice available in cooler, shortage of towels due to laundry staff shortage, shortage of shampoo and soap,"

"Would stay there again. Bed was very comfortable, pillows were just ok; big suite, nice blockout curtain, needs a sheer curtain for privacy and brighter light and more mirrors. Excellent breakfast, scrambled eggs and waffles were very good; lots of choices. Bathroom needed some maintenance - sink faucet leaked on counter and tub did not drain well while taking a shower."
