“Let me start by saying we stayed here for a couple days because it was recommended by someone. After actually staying here, below are all the issues we had with and reasons why we will never stay here again:
1. Terrible food - we did all inclusive and never ate here after the first night. Very limited selection, potatoes were rubbery and unable to chew.
2. Staff - overall nice but not what would whoever in Mexico. Didn’t really ask about our stay when we checked out and have seen way……

“Well, the pictures are different than the actual place.
They don’t have coffee in the rooms. They offer you the usage of a coffee machine if you go to the store and buy coffee.
My credit card was lost inside of a taxi. And two nights later the taxi man arrived at this hotel at five in the morning, and the staff went to my door and knocked on my door until I woke up and told to come to the lobby to get my card from this taxi man. And the taxi man had been trying to use my card multiple times……

“Staff is friendly, property is clean. About 10 free car parking spots are available in the hotel premises. Food at the hotel restaurant is good but pricey as compared to another hotel restaurant. They sell beer at 80 Peso while gas station was selling at 26 Peso. I understand the reason for higher pricing but it is very high and the menu is limited. Air conditioning was working fine without any issues.”
