“Dirty room, stained sheets, bugs. Was offered a refund for the experience and reception was kind and understanding.”

“Cigarette buts everywhere. Cold desk person. Seriously over priced. And this is the only stay in 60years that provides no facial tissue.”

“The room did not have a chair, only a king bed. The room had a faint odor stale sweat - some people don't need a gym for a good work out... Bathroom had hastily repaired drywall damage. Not impressed considering the cost of the room.”

“Kind of a tough time to stay there. Elevator was broken, steam room, hot tub and sauna were down for maintenance for the entire stay. Coffee machine broke after using once and the closet door couldn’t stay on its hinges. I’m sure it’s a great place when busy in winter but not when we were there unfortunately(June). Also with one cab in town and the shuttle bus not running in the summer it’s a bit of a pain to get downtown. We had a great view but overall not a great stay.”

“The hotel room is large and clean, with a microwave and small pantry and cutlery. However the bathtub is a bit small comparatively. The hair dryer needs to be requested from the office but the opening hour is until 10pm so it will be a bit troublesome if you arrive later than that. Also you may be hearing noises from nearby rooms so consider if you are sensitive to noises during your sleep.”

“The stay here was great, very impressed with the room and how modern it was, great location by tasty restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again and definitely recommend for anyone to stay there!”

“We loved our stay at Copperhorse! It was a beautiful property and it had lots of special touches that made us feel comfortable. The breakfast and beverage selection were really nice. Our only complaint (using that term loosely) was that we couldn’t find any access to ice. But we managed to get some from a gas station nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Amazing cabin in a beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen and easy check in / out process. No curtains on the apex windows but still slept very well!”
