The property has nice amenities excellent restaurants, beautiful pools beautiful landscaping but the overhead fan in the room didn’t work. We asked it to be repaired. They sent a maintenance man, but when we returned, it was not fixed. Also, the latch on the balcony door was not functioning when we entered the room however it was fixed while we were out. The furniture looks to be dated and worn and very scratched. The heavy Mediterranean furniture seems to be out of place in a beach resort. Otherwise the view from my room was beautiful. We had an unobstructed view of the waterway. The front desk staff was very slow in processing people on admission however the valets parking the cars were on task and working quickly. Overall, it was a so so experience.

"The building is very very old and desperately need upgrades. The bathrooms are just not good floors were sticky and dirty. We laid towels down to avoid putting our feet on floor.. Air is too loud couldn't sleep ***please consider doing some upgrade the staff was great though"
