"Other reviewers have said that this hotel was run down and in need of some repair, which made me hesitant to book, but I am glad that I did. The hotel is not brand new, but would probably have been considered a gem in it's time. The decor may not be appealing to some, but it shouldn't detour you from staying here, it had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, especially if you do not like the hustle and bustle of having to drive around and park in the city. There is a shuttle that leaves every hour from the hotel to downtown, which is super helpful and saves a ton on parking costs. There is an onsite restaurant and nice indoor pool area. If I had to complain, it would just be that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to and from the pool area, which was a little awkward. Front desk staff, housekeeping, and room service workers were friendly, and the front desk even offered to change our room to a lower level when my daughter asked how to get to the the stairs because she doesn't like elevators. This was a great stay, and we will be seeing you guys again as soon as possible!"
