We loved this hotel for a family trip. The beach is literally just steps away, which made everything so convenient. Everything was clean, the staff was good, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants.

This hotel and it's location make the perfect getaway to enjoy the delightful town of Dunedin, Fl. The staff, the free breakfast, the rooms, the activities in walking distance. The only thing we thought could be better were the mattresses (2 queens) inour room on the 2nd level. We mentioned it when we checked out and they made a note of it and would be addressing it. We give this place anA+ !

Very noisy! The fact that you have to pay $40 a night to stay or park on the street somewhere.. that won't tow you. But Noisy and guests were not held to keeping quite.. going on till 4;30AM. Very disapointing to say the least.

Room and bathroom were not clean. Clearly signs from previous guests. Barely any amenities, would have received better customer service through AI than I did in person. Parking was inconvenient for the price. Location was the only thing that was worthwhile.
