Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and knew us by name. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed. We have a handicapped child and they ensured that they talked to him and made eye contact. The staff really seemed to enjoy their work and serving the guest. This is a great place to stay for the price. The room had a funny smell to it, not gross or dirty, Just weird. Not a big deal. I would stay here again.

Welcoming staff

Comfortable beds, the pillows held their shape and didnt need constant folding and reshaping. The only thing that I could find subpar was the lighting around the bathroom mirror was not bright at all. Other than that, best stay in a hotel I’ve had in a long time.

The decor is very modern and upscale, and you can tell a lot of care is taken in making sure the hotel is meticulously clean. The staff was very, very friendly - from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, even the women who prepared breakfast. The hotel was great the staff was friendly. The room was clean housekeeping was great on checking to make sure we had everything we needed. It is about 25mins to a Beale St. I will definitely book here again.

Great stay! Clean comfortable bed, large room, only complaint is that the water in the shower never really got that hot, it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t as hot as showers can normally get, other than that everything was great!

Loved the place . The breakfast buffet was 25 dollars per person food was cold not worth 25 per person 100 dollars for family of 4 for cold food Other than that great place . Don’t recommend the breakfast

Hotel exceeded expectations and had a great price. It was quiet even with full occupancy. Great location, easy to get to and restaurants within walking distance. Planning on making another trip and will stay there again.

The Moose was the perfect place with an outstanding price. We were only a few minutes from all of downtown. Would highly recommend.
